IRNA – The 14th International Oil and Energy Exhibition attended by over 180 Iranian and foreign companies opened on Kish Island late on Monday and will continue until January 25.
The event is displaying the latest capacities and opportunities of the Iranian energy industry as well as achievements of big industries producing oil, gas, petrochemical, water, electricity and renewable energies.
Participating countries in the ongoing exhibition include Germany, Armenia, Scotland, Sweden, South Korea, South Africa, China, Georgia, Italy, France, Switzerland, Russia, Austria, the UAE and Iraq.
The exhibition is sponsored by Petroleum Ministry, National Iranian Oil Company, National Iranian Gas Company, National Iranian Petrochemical Company, Iranian Electricity Industry Syndicate among others.
Holding meetings to be attended by experts on oil, gas, petrochemical, water and renewable energies are among the peripheral programs of the exhibition also known as the Kish Enex 2018.
Kish is a resort island in the Persian Gulf off the southern coast of Iran. It is off Bandar Lengeh city in Hormuzgan Province.
