IRNA – An earthquake measuring 4.4 on the Richter scale jolted Kuhbanan Town, Kerman Province, on Thursday.

According to the report of seismography center affiliated to Tehran University Geophysics Institute, the tremor occurred at 00:12:30 hours local time (08:42:30 hours GMT) and its epicenter was at 56.25 degrees longitude and 31.42 degrees latitude in the depth of 10 km.
