IRNA – An earthquake measuring 4 on Richter scale rocked Guriyeh village, in the southern western province of Khuzestan on Saturday.
The quake occurred at 9:02 hours local time (05:32 GMT). Its epicenter was at 48.71 degrees longitude and 31.91 degrees latitude and in the depth of 9 kilometers.
A weak quake measuring 2.1 on the Richter scale jolted the same area at 6:52 hours local time (3:22 GMT).
No casualties or damage to property have been reported.
