IRNA – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif left Tehran for Baku, Azerbaijan, on Tuesday to participate in the 5th trilateral Iran-Azerbaijan-Turkey trilateral meeting.
The meeting aims to review economic cooperation in transit, transportation, energy and custom fields.
The foreign ministers are also supposed to discuss issues of mutual interest, especially in technical and trade issues.
Political and regional cooperation to help maintain peace and stability are among other topics which are supposed to be discussed during the meeting.
