“President Khatami became president by criticizing his previous government meaning the government of Hashemi Rafsanjani. But how comes they are now turning into a close friend of him?

“We don’t recognize the Zionist regime because its existence is not compatible with any of the International conventions.  We as a Muslim can’t endorse [the regime’s] oppression” he added.
