MNA– Iranian President Hassan Rouhani is slated to depart for Turkey’s Istanbul ?Tuesday to attend an extraordinary Summit of the OIC on al-Quds.
Parviz Esmaeili, the Presidential Office’s Director for Communications and Information, made the announcement asserting that Rouhani will leave Tehran for Istanbul on Tuesday afternoon while the summit will convene on Wednesday.
The Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) will hold an extraordinary Summit and Ministerial meetings in Istanbul, Turkey on Wednesday, 13/12/ 2017, to discuss the repercussions of the recognition by the United States of Al-Quds as a capital of Israeli regime.
The Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Member States will hold an extraordinary meeting on the same morning to discuss the move in a unified and coordinated manner in the face of these developments affecting the occupied city of Al-Quds and its historical, legal and political status.
