IRNA – Iran's President Hassan Rouhani said on Sunday that his proposed budget bill is based on 'transparency', and policies of his second term of office revive around economic tranquility.


Rouhani made the remarks in in Majlis' (parliament) main chamber before submitting his budget bill for the next Iranian calendar year (beginning on March 21, 2018).
