IRNA – Daesh interpretation of Islam is wrong and the US created Daesh in order to distort the image of real Islam, said an Albanian university professor.

Ikballe Berisha Huduti said in the World Conference on Lovers of Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH) and the Takfiri Issue held in Tehran that World imperialism, headed by the US, decided to destroy mosques and whatever related to Islam to confine the promotion of Islam in the US and Europe; the US created Daesh to spread Islamophobia.

Ahl al-Bayt (PBUH) were the household of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

Huduti added Europeans are now aware of the reality and do not accept US imperialism and know that the Islam shown to them [by the US] is not real.

More than 500 Shia and Sunni scholars attended the two-day conference that came to an end on Friday. The attendees are now in Mashad to visits the Imam Reza’s shrine. Imam Reza is the eighth of 12 Shia imams.
