Financial Tribune- A two-day trip to Nowshahr County, Mazandaran Province, is organized by Gando Tour, November 23-24.

Two jewels of the county are on the itinerary: Kandolus Village and Farakhin Lake. Rendezvous is Thursday, 5 am. The tour should be back in Tehran before next midnight.

Kandolus is one of the most beautiful villages in Iran, with handicrafts including rugs, socks, gloves and felts. The village has an anthropology museum that provides interesting information about the ancient history and civilization of the region.

Farakhin Lake is not far from Kandolus. The small lake is cocooned by the towering trees of the forest.
