MNA – US President Donald Trump will announce his administration’s new strategy on Iran at 12:45 p.m. EDT (1645 GMT) on Friday, White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders said.
Several media outlets have pointed to White House sources who expect the president to decertify Iran’s compliance with the deal, which Trump has called “catastrophic” for the US, Israeli regime and the Middle East, reported Reuters.
If he does refuse to certify, Congress would have 60 days to decide whether to renew sanctions lifted in exchange for Iranian nuclear compliance.
