France to make car parts in Iran

IRNA – Head of France's Union of Rubber and Plastics showed interest in training Iranian industrialist to make car parts.

Dennis Vaillant said on Tuesday that Groupe PSA, formerly known as PSA Peugeot Citroën, has reached the decision to produce car parts in Iran.

Vaillant, who is in Tehran to sign a memorandum of understanding, said that according to the MoU, France should train Iranian industrialists and engineers to make plastic and compound parts with high standards.

He added that after the Iran Nuclear Deal was signed, due to Iran's huge natural resources, French companies, such as total, Peugeot, Citroën and UCAPLAST showed interested to cooperate with Iran.

UNCAPLAST consists of companies engaged in plastics and rubber fields and helps the companies legally and technologically.
