IRNA – An informed source in the Lebanese Hezbollah confirmed presence of Moqtada Sadr in Lebanon and told IRNA on Saturday that he is due to meet senior Hezbollah officials.


The informed source added that Hezbollah is hosting and protecting Moqtada Sadr during his stay here.

The source confirmed that Moqtada Sadr arrived in Beirut last Thursday and went to the village of Shohoor near Tyre city, where his family is originally from.
