Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif is set to discuss the recent developments in the Middle East during the meeting with the president of the Council on Foreign in New York on Monday.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Zarif will deliver a speech on Monday at the US Council on Foreign Relations in New York.
According to the council's website, the minister will discuss the recent developments in the Middle East at the meeting with President of the Council on Foreign Relations Richard Haass.
Zarif is also scheduled to take part in the UN sustainable development forum in New York, which is held on July 10-19. The Iranian delegation comprises Iranian Deputy Foreign Ministers Abbas Araghchi and Majid Takht-Ravanchi.
