Azerbaijan and Iran have discussed the bilateral relations as deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov is in Tehran for a working visit.
Khalafov, who is accompanied by a large entourage of officials, met his Iranian counterpart Seyed Abbas Araqchi for talks over the Azerbaijan-Iran ties.
