IRNA – Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani said the Islamic Republic of Iran is the safest country in the troubled region of west Asia.

Under such circumstances, all should exercise vigilance in dealing with regional developments, he said.

He made the remarks in a meeting with the families of martyrs in the town of Kohsar in Alborz province on Thursday evening.
