IRNA – President Hassan Rouhani in his first provincial tour in new Iranian year (beginning on March 21) arrived in the city of Sanandaj, Kordestan province on Saturday morning to inaugurate a number of industrial projects.


Agriculture Jihad Minister Mahmoud Hojjati, Minister of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare Ali Rabiei, Petroleum Minister Bijan Zangeneh and some other senior officials accompany the president in his trip.

Speaking to reporters at Sanandaj Airport, Rouhani said that some twenty-one projects will be inaugurated during the trip.

This is President Rouhani’s 34th provincial trip since taking office on August 3, 2013 .
