MNA – President Hassan Rouhani arrived in Ahwaz on Thursday morning to address the issue of dust and water pollution.“We would plan and make important decisions for problems Khuzestan is dealin with,” Rouhani said upon his arrival in Ahwaz among the reporters.

President said that planning has started since the first days dust pollution hit the province causing electricity and water cut off; “a crisis management session was also held headed by First Vice President Es’hagh Jahangiri.”

“The reports were delivered on Tuesday and I decided to have a visit to the province; a special meeting is to be held today on dust pollution,” Rouhani said.

He also underlined that according to the reports of Energy Ministry no cut off in water supplies would bother the Khuzestani people, adding the Ministry is trying hard to solve issue of electricity.

“Government has never forgotten Khuzestan and it people and is trying hard to solve the problems they are dealing with,” he said.
