MNA – Bosnia and Herzegovina is sending an economic delegation to Iran Saturday with an aim to expand economic relations between the two countries.The 14-strong economic delegation from Tuzla Canton, the third of 10 cantons of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be headed by Governor of Olovo Jamal Mamduch.
The Bosnian delegation will take part in Albroz Chamber of Commerce meetings to hold talks with businessmen and industrialists of the province and pay visit to Tehran, Isfahan and Kashan afterwards for evaluating various tourism and economic opportunities.
Iran-Bosnia Economic Friendship Group will also meet with the visiting Bosnian delegation to confer on improving cooperation and making use of existing trade opportunities in the private sector.
In a meeting with Iranian ambassador to Bosnia ahead of the visit, Tuzla Canton Prime Minister Bego Guti? thanked Iranian Embassy for its efforts on facilitating economic transactions, adding the visit of the economic delegation from Bosnia’s private sector shows that the two countries are on the right path toward improving trade ties.
He went on to add that the delegation is composed of prominent businessmen from cities of Gra?anica and Olovo who seek to provide further grounds for expansion of economic cooperation with Alborz province.
