MNA– Pars Special Economic Energy Zone (PSEEZ) head said non-oil and gas condensate products worth over $10 billion were exported from the zone in the first nine months of current Iranian year (began March 20, 2016).
Mehdi Yousefi noted that in the first three quarters of the current Iranian calendar year an aggregate total of 24.771 million tons of goods worth 10,964,593,723 dollars were shipped from PSEEZ’s customs to global markets.
The amount of gas condensate and non-oil exports from the zone in the mentioned timespan grew by 43 and 23 per cent as regards weight and worth, respectively.
He went on to enumerate major exported products including diethylene glycol, urea fertilizer, butane, propane, paraxylene, mono-ethylene glycol, tri-ethylene glycol, light and heavy polyethylene, gas condensate, cement as well as methanol which were shipped to 29 countries.
Yousefi reiterated that the exports figure in Pars Special Economic Energy Zone (PSEEZ) will soon rise given that new South Pars phases will come on stream in near future.
