IRNA - Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei visited senior Iranian cleric Seyyed Abdul Karim Mousavi Ardebili in a hospital here on Tuesday.

Supreme Leader also prayed for Ayatollah Mousavi Ardebili's immediate recovery.

Born in 1926, Ayatollah Mousavi Ardebili was a supporter of the late founder of the Islamic Republic Imam Khomeini. After the Islamic revolution, he served in several posts including heading the Judiciary.
