It is up to the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to decide on allowing special conditions regarding oil output freeze for Iran, Nigeria and Libya, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said Tuesday.
ALGIERS (Sputnik) — "Firstly we are talking about this country [Iran], Nigeria and Libya… there could be individual conditions for them. But I want to say that firstly it should be a unified position of OPEC member countries," Novak told journalists in Algeria, where he is taking part in the International Energy Forum (IEF) running from September 26 to 28.
