Tehran, Sept 8, IRNA – Spokesman of Civil Aviation Organization announced that a partial collision has occurred between Iranian and Omani airplanes at International Imam Khomeini Airport on Thursday, but it was not serious.
'This collision took place this morning (Thursday) between an Airbus of Mahan airline and an airplane of Oman Air when they were moving in the parking area,' Reza Jafarzadeh told IRNA on Thursday.
Jafarzadeh, also public relations director of civil aviation organization, reiterated that the collision left not serious damages.
He noted that Mahan Airbus has not been damaged at all and it is in the operation state, and said, 'The Omani airplane has not also been harmed and it only needs to change a part in the wing section.'
