TEHRAN, Aug 07, (Shana) – National Iranian Oil Company has plan to sign long-terim contracts with the European customers, the Director for International Affairs of (NIOC) Mohsen Qamsari said on Sunday.
Speaking to Shana, Qamsari added that Iran will continue export of crude oil to Europe and NIOC will do its best to change the current spot contracts to long-term one.
Iran is now exporting 600,000 bpd of crude oil to Europe, he noted.
The official underlined that Iran has signed spot and long-term contract with Italian Oil Refiner Saras, Spanish Oil Company Repsol, Hellenic Petroleum of Greece, Royal Dutch Shell and Total of France after removal of Iran's sanctions.
Iran has also a contract for export of 360,000 bpd of crude oil to India and it is now exporting 390,000 bpd to this country, he added.
