Tehran, May 9, IRNA – Minister of Culture Ali Jannati underlined that the Saudi officials do not want to cooperate with Iran on Hajj pilgrimage issues.
'Given the behavior of the Saudi officials concerning the admittance of Iranian pilgrims in this year's Hajj, it seems that they do not want to cooperate,' Jannati told reporters on Monday.
He said that the experience shows that the Saudi government is not willing to cooperate and Iran will never accept the plans to be imposed by Saudi Arabia.
'As long as our demands and the security of the Iranian pilgrims are not met, the Iranian pilgrims will not be dispatched to Mecca,' the Iranian culture minister said.
