Tehran, April 25, IRNA – First Vice-President Eshaq Jahangiri officially welcomed the visiting Uruguayan Vice-President Raul Sendic.



The welcoming ceremony was held in the cultural and historical complex of Saadabad in north of Tehran.

Sendic’s visit to Tehran is aimed at expansion of bilateral relations in economic and trade fields.

In line with that aim, Sendic is due to meet with top Iranian officials including President Hassan Rouhani and Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.
