Tehran, April 7, The Iran Project- Iran’s justice minister has announced that the ministry is going to launch civil offices and clinics across the country with the collaboration of city councils and municipalities.
Ministry of Justice is going to launch civil offices and clinics across the country with the collaboration of city councils and municipalities to make citizens aware of their civil rights, said Iran’s Justice Minister Mostafa PourMohammadi during the 26th general assembly of Supreme Council of Provinces on Thursday.
Referring to the civil rights as the countries’ growth criterion, PourMohammadi stated that we should also try to make Iranian people aware of their civil rights.
Iran’s Justice Minister stressed on the importance of the councils' role in realizing the citizens' rights and said the councils can play a significant role in explaining the civil rights and preparing the ground for its implementation in the society.
He pointed out that understanding the civil rights is one of the most important policies of setting up the civil offices and clinics across the country.
He also referred to the city councils’ significant role in fighting against corruption, and said they can be really effective in solving social problems.
Finally, Ministry of Justice signed a letter of understanding with the Supreme Council of the provinces with the aim of using the potentials of the Supreme Council of Provinces in setting up the civil offices and clinics as well as fighting against corruption.
