MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Moscow and Tehran are not holding talks regarding the delivery of S-400 air defense systems to Iran, the director of the Second Asian Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry said Wednesday.

“No, no steps were taken, this question was not discussed,” Zamir Kabulov said.
