Tehran, March 3, The Iran Project – Initiated by Iranian leading entrepreneur and exporter, Ahad Azimzadeh, the first ship-shaped hotel is to be built in Salmanshahr, the coastal area of Caspian Sea in Mazandaran province by the next year.
During a ceremony, the cooperation agreement to construct the ship-shaped five-star hotel in Salmanshahr, Mazandaran province was signed between the Middle East Diamond Complex five-star hotel (Motel Ghoo) and the International Spanish Company of Meliá.
Interviewing with a reporter, Ahad Azimzadeh, the well known Persian carpet merchant and the main investor of the Middle East Diamond Complex project, explained that this hotel which considered the first five-star international hotel in Iran will be constructed by next year in coastal area of Salmanshar, Mazandaran province.
Noting the conclusion of an agreement with the Meliá, the Spanish leading company in hotel building worldwide, Azimzadeh underlined that the construction agreement of this collection was achieved after JCPOA implementation.
He further referred to the construction of 10 other hotels in Tabriz, Tehran, Gilan, Mashhad and Isfahan provinces by next five years in the framework of the deals reached between his enterprise and the Spanish company.
"The government needs to support the internal investors notably in tourism related areas through loans with low-interest as much as it encourages foreign investment," Azimzadeh also stated.
Pointing that the hotel includes 35 stories with total of 337 rooms, he stressed that signing this contract will signal the message to the world that Iran is ready to host the world's tourists in the highest levels of global standards.
