Venezuelan Embassy said that Oil Minister Eulogio Del Pino is headed to Qatar and Iran after holding discussion in Moscow on the situation of the world oil market.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Venezuelan Oil Minister Eulogio Del Pino is headed to Qatar and Iran after holding discussion in Moscow on the situation of the world oil market, the Venezuelan Embassy said Tuesday.
“Minister Del Pino has already left Moscow. He is on his way to Qatar and Tehran,” the embassy said.


Del Pino was in Moscow for two days and met with Igor Sechin, who is the head of Russian oil giant Rosneft. The two talked about cooperation in normalizing the situation on the world oil market. The minister also met with Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak on holding consultations on oil with OPEC and non-OPEC countries.
