Qom, Jan 20, IRNA - Grand Ayatollah Naser Makarem Shirazi said Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) is considered as a triumph for Iranian nation.

Speaking in a local gathering in Qom, Grand Ayatollah Shirazi said: 'We should not exagerate about JCPOA because the people's expectation would be increased.'

On Jan 17, President Hassan Rouhani felicitated the Iranian nation on the occasion of removal of sanctions and the implementation of the JCPOA.

'The JCPOA reached conclusion. I pray God … and congratulate you the great Iranian nation on the occasion of this victory,' President said in his Twitter account on Saturday.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) released a report on Saturday, confirming that Iran honored commitments to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.
