Tehran, January 19, The Iran Project – Iran's minister of health penned a letter to Hezbollah Secretary General Seyed Hassan Nasrellah, stressing the promotion of the cooperation between Iran and Lebanese resistance front in health issues.
Seyed Hassan Hashemi, Iran's Minister of Health and Medical Science wrote a letter to Hezbollah Secretary General Seyed Hassan Nasrellah that released on Tuesday, highlighting the promotion of all-out cooperation between two sides in health issues.
Referring to Hezbollah as the authority to provide health service for Lebanese Shias, Hashemi underlined the need to enhance the ties between two sides particularly in health training, service providing and prevention of disease.
Elsewhere in this letter, Hashemi noted the issues discussed in the meetings during his earlier visit to Lebanon, expressing Iran's readiness to take steps to implement the mutual accords.
Earlier this month, Iran's health minister visited Beirut, holding talks with Hezbollah Secretary General Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah. During the talks, the minister expressed readiness to provide the country with the medical needs and equipment.
