MOSCOW: Russia hopes to see "serious progress" made at this month's talks in Kazakhstan between world powers and Iran over Tehran's disputed nuclear programme, Moscow's top negotiator said on Wednesday.
"Despite everything, I would very much hope to see the upcoming round result in -- if not an outright breakthrough -- then serious progress," the RIA Novosti news agency quoted Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov as saying.
