Qom, Dec 31, IRNA- The Agricultural Jihad Director of Qom, Mohammad Reza Talaie told IRNA on Thursday that 1,081 tons of agricultural products worth $ 1,724,000 have been exported from Qom since the beginning of the year up to November.

Talaie said that most of the products were chicken meat, egg and dairy products which were mainly exported to Iraq.

Referring to Market Regulation issue, he said that the Agricultural Jihad's duty in regulating the market is to supply basic goods and the Ministry of Industries Mines and Trade is responsible for the price regulation for retail.

He added that the province had no obstacles for producing red meat, chicken meat, egg, sugar and rice.
