Tehran, Dec 30, IRNA – Implementation of the nuclear agreement between Iran and P+1 group of major powers, leaves Iran with not enough enriched uranium to militarized its nuclear program, says Marie Harf, Secretary of State John Kerry's senior communications adviser.

'Thanks to the Iran Deal, Iran no longer has enough enriched uranium for a nuclear weapon,' Harf wrote recently on her Twitter account.

Iran has repeatedly dismissed Western allegations over military dimensions of its nuclear program.

The International Atomic Energy Agency also closed this month its investigation into the possible military dimensions of Iran's nuclear activities.

Celebrating the shipment of Iran's low-enriched uranium to Russia, Kerry also described the move as a significant step toward Iran meeting its commitments.

Five months after we, the European Union, and our P5+1 partners finalized the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action with Iran, I am pleased to report that we have seen important indications of significant progress towards Iran completing its key nuclear commitments under the deal, Wrote Kerry on the US State Department website.

'One of the most significant steps Iran has taken toward fulfilling its commitments occurred today, when a ship departed Iran for Russia carrying over 25,000 pounds of low-enriched uranium materials,' he wrote.
