An image making the rounds on social networking sites these days suggests a black Daesh flag was hoisted in Kermanshah Province for a few hours before it was pulled down by local police.

The image which dates back to 2014 is anything but authentic. It was shot when an 18-year-old local girl unsuccessfully tried to commit suicide by jumping off a bridge.
