Tehran, November 19, The Iran Project- Iran delegation consists of the Ministry of culture, Cultural attache and another Iranian publication attended the 40th round of the Kuwait Book Fair which officially kicked off in Kuwait city on Wednesday.
During a ceremony that was attended by number of Kuwaiti senior officials including country's Information Minister, Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem al-Humoud al-Sabah, foreign ambassadors to Kuwait and Iran's cultural delegation, the 40th Kuwait Book Fair has officially started from November 19 to November 28.
Islamic Republic of Iran's also participated in the fair with three pavilions exhibiting Iran's Cultural Attaché to Kuwait, the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and Ehsan Dar-al-Nashr publisher's productions.
In his inauguration speech, Sheikh Salman thanked event officials for their hard efforts, and welcomed exhibitors from friendly countries for their participation, especially Iran.
The fair includes many pavilions where more than 500 publishers from different countries are offering over 10,000 book titles in a variety of subject areas including science, education, literature, poem and translation.
