Shiraz, Fars prov, Oct 25, IRNA – An earthquake measuring 4 on the Richter scale jolted the town of Biram in the southern province of Fars on Sunday.

According to the Seismography Center of Tehran University Geophysics Institute, the tremor occurred 08:54 hours local time (05:24 hours GMT).

There were no reports on possible damage or casualties of the earthquake.
