TEHRAN Oct. 19 (Shana) – Only one day after formal end to sanctions, the Iranian Petroleum and Energy Club 2015 Congress and Exhibition (IPEC 2015) opened here on Monday to discuss the theme Post-Sanctions Iran: An Open Door to Oil and Gas Investment Opportunities.
The Petroleum and Energy Club which is hosting the three-day event aims to promote efficiency and sustainable growth in Iranian energy sector by providing demand-led policy advise based on professional experience and frontier research.
In addition to chief executives and policy makers in the field of energy, delegations from OPEC, GECF, and IEA are taking part in the conference.
The congress panels will discuss the following topics:
Power: Capacity and Efficiency Enhancement in Gas Power Plants, Smart Grid, Power Market Restructure,
