Tehran, Sept 27, IRNA – Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Ali Jannati said on Sunday that Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif has not called for a meeting with his Saudi foreign minister, Adel Al-Jubeir.

Khane Mellat on Sunday quoted the Minister as saying that Saudi Foreign Minister did not accept to meet with Zarif as Saudi government does not cooperate to issue visas to Iranian team designated by the government to inquire into the human tragedy in Mecca.

Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization announced Sunday that the death toll of the Iranian pilgrims reached 155.

Talking to IRNA, Head of Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Saeed Ohadi said the number of missing Iranian pilgrims is 321.

The pilgrims were on way to jamar?t to perform Hajj rituals there. The Stoning of the Devil is part of the annual Islamic Hajj pilgrimage to the holy city of Mecca.
