Tehran, September 26, The Iran Project – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has sent a message to his counterparts in the Islamic countries, calling for Saudi government enforcement agencies to understand their serious responsibility in optimally organizing Hajj.
In a message to his counterparts in various Islamic countries, Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif expressed sympathy for those who were died or injured in the deadly crush during Hajj pilgrimage rituals in Mina.
Zarif expressed hope that Saudi government enforcement agencies understand their serious responsibility in optimally organizing Hajj and benefit the experiences of other countries.
The message also says, “Unfortunately, this was the second painful incident at this year's Hajj that hurt the feelings of the Muslim communities, and threatened the safety of some pilgrims who gathered in Mecca to perform Hajj.”
