Tehran, Sept 24, IRNA – President Hassan Rouhani left here for New York to attend and address the 70th UN General Assembly.

President Rouhani was seen off at Tehran Mehrabad Airport by Head of the Supreme Leader's office Hojjatoleslam Mohammadi Golpayegani and the First Vice-President Eshaq Jahangiri.

While in New York, the president will address the UN General Assembly as well as the United Nations Sustainable Development Summit 2015 , meet and confer with the UN Chief, a group of world leaders, a number of Iranian elite living in the US and economic activists.
