TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iranian Mercantile Exchange (IME) traded 460,572 MT of various commodities worth more than $207 million last week on spot and secondary markets.
According to the report from the IME International Affairs and PR, last week, on domestic and export oil and petrochemical trading floors of the IME, 286,656 MT of different commodities with the total value of $130 million were sold.
On this trading floor, more than 100 KT of bitumen, 57 KT of polymer products, 67,200 MT of VB, 31 KT of lube cut, 14 KT of chemical products, 1,615 MT of insulation, 16,450 MT of sulfur and 20 MT of argon were traded. It is worth noting that on the oil and petrochemical pit, products group including sulfur and insulation groups experienced a significant growth.
Moreover, on agricultural trading floor, 5,425 MT of sugar, 310 MT of maize and 15 MT of rice were traded by customers.
The report declares that on domestic and export metals and minerals pit of the IME, 166,736 MT of products worth more than $73 million were traded.
On this trading floor, 100,046 MT of steel products, 55 KT of iron ore, 8,330 MT of copper, 140 MT of molybdenum concentrate, 2,820 MT of aluminum and 400 MT of coke were traded.
