Tehran, Sept 11, IRNA – The US is manipulating ISIL to reach its goals, Tehran's provisional Friday Prayers Leader Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Movahedi Kermani said.

The US is managing and manipulating the ISIL, and its claims about having a plan to eliminate ISIL are a lie, he added.

The cleric expressed concern about the situation in Iraq, Syria and Yemen and urged claimants of human rights and leaders of Muslim states to do something for the resolution of the crises in the region.

He also urged the Saudi rulers to follow the Islamic teachings and stop airstrikes against innocent people of Yemen.
