Tehran, August 17, IRNA – Managing director of Iranian State Trade Company Ali Qanbari said Sunday that Iran has plans to export cooking oil and sugar to Iraq and that Iranian exports to Iraq are among top brands.
Qanbari said that Iran's first cargo of purified oil weighing 690km was exported to Iraq last week.
He said that the exports of this cargo to Iraq were in accordance with the agreements between Iranian State Trade Company and Iraq's Trade Ministry.
The exported oil was provided by two Iranian top brands, Qanbari said.
He said that Iran will export a second cargo of cooking oil weighing 1,500kg to its western neighbor within the next few days.
Iran will also export its first cargo of purified sugar to Iraq in the near future, Qanbari added.
