Tehran, August 17, IRNA – Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab-African Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian left Tehran on Monday to visit Germany and Switzerland for consultations on the latest regional developments.
The deputy foreign minister will meet and confer with senior German and Swiss officials over deterioration of humanitarian situation in Yemen, Syria and Iraq as well as the international campaign against extremism.
Amir-Abdollahian will also brief his counterparts from German and Swiss governments on political ways out of regional crises and how to restore peace and stability in the region.
Amir-Abdollahian is paying the visit upon invitations from his German and Swiss counterparts.
