Tehran, July 29, IRNA – The text of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) recently reached between Iran and the six powers is being scrutinized in regular and extraordinary sessions of the Supreme National Security Council (SNSC), according to SNSC Spokesman Keyvan Khosravi.

Underlining the sensitivity of examining the text of the nuclear deal, he said that the case is the most significant one to be investigated by the SNSC over the past ten years and requires to be paid due attention.

Stressing the need for maintenance of peace and unity in the country, Khosravi said that different political figures in Iran have to refrain from making unconstructive remarks.

As examining the JCPOA text makes further progress, he added, the SNSC will release further information.
