Vienna, June 29, IRNA – President’s special aide, Hossein Fereydoun, and Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), Ali-Akbar Salehi, will join the Iranian nuclear negotiation team here.
Salehi and Fereydoun will join Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif in his visit to Vienna on Tuesday. Zarif had returned to Tehran on Monday on a pre-planned schedule.
Salehi and Fereydoun were also present in the previous talks.
Zarif held bilateral and intensive talks with the US State Secretary John Kerry, the European Union's Foreign Policy Coordinator, Federica Mogherini, German Foreign Minister, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, French Foreign Minister, Laurent Fabius, and Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Li Baodong, on Sunday evening after talks with the UK Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond.
Informed observers in Vienna believe that there is possibility of a deal in case of the West’s flexibility and refusal to push for excessive demand.
