TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran's national volleyball team coach Slobodan Kovac said that the match against Russia is their last chance to reach the 2015 FIVB World League final.

Iran defeated Russia 3-1 (20-25, 25-16, 25-19, 25-23) in Pool B in Kazan Saturday night.

"Russia match is the last chance in our away match and we must defeat them. We put up a good performance against Russia,” Iran coach Kovac said in the post-match news conference.

"We know well Russia’s weaknesses. We took advantage of their errors," he added.

"We changed the game after the second set and started to win," said Slobodan. "We tried to do maximum and served well. The main point is that Russia was forced to make mistakes."
