TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said that Iran and G5+1 would start writing the nuclear agreement from Wednesday.
“We are scheduled to start writing the nuclear agreement full time on Wednesday given presence of (G5+1) ministers and political managers on the initial days of the Non-Proliferation treaty (NPT) conference,” he said.
“We agreed to start writing the agreement this week seriously and continue it until the final text is obtained,” he said referring to his meeting with US Secretary of State John Kerry in New York.
He also said that the US side has once again reiterated that it would abide by implementation of a final nuclear deal with Iran.
Zarif once again reiterated that nuclear disarmament is the most important priority for Iran, and Iran is against using nuclear weapons and any weapons of mass destruction.
Zarif also noted that Zionist regime is the most threat to the NPT system. “The fact that Zionist regime has refused to sign NPT or any pat related to nuclear weapons and also the fact that it has nuclear weapons is the biggest threat to the region and the world.”
