TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said that Iran and the G5+1 would meet next Tuesday.
“My colleagues, deputy of Mrs. Mogherini and other officials of the G5+1 will meet next Tuesday to start drafting the text,” Zarif said during his visit to Spain.
“We are very close to an agreement, but writing its text and changing the paradigm of the other side on sanctions are of importance.”
He also referred to the issue of nuclear weapons, and said, “We believe that nuclear weapon is harmful for our security and we have announced the issue several times.”
“We are following a rational approach on reaching an agreement. We believe that our program is peaceful and we believe that we have the right to have a peaceful nuclear program.”
“I think that we are close to an agreement, we need to write it and change our abstracts and patterns to obtain better results.”
